Office Hours are Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm. The utility counter hours are from Monday through Friday from 9am to 4pm. The exception to this will be the week the initial bills are due. During this week, the utility counter is open from 8am to 4:30pm. Payment arrangements are obtainable from when the bills are available at the beginning of each quarterly cycle to the net due date of the bill. If you would like to make a payment by phone, please call 877-374-3985 - be advised that you will need your account number.
